The deployment model uses a separate database per client. Agree role permissions, hosting, encryption requirements, backup responsibilities and retention in the security schedule. A DPA should define processing purpose, confidentiality, subprocessors and incident responsibilities. Export, handover, access closure and deletion terms belong in the exit policy.
Redbeech exit process for every client: written notice → full data export (Excel/CSV and documents) with signed receiving → client’s written confirmation → deletion of the client database, site, user accounts and all backups → Data Deletion Certificate issued to the client.
Demo (fictional sample company, no real data) → Proposal → Agreement → Onboarding on the client’s own workspace → Go-live. Confirm entities, plants, states, modules, users, record volumes, migration requirements, training, support and commercials. Filing, tax advisory, specialist services and integrations are included only where expressly agreed.
For HR Heads, Compliance Managers and CFOs overseeing plants, projects and workforces across multiple locations.
Bring operational HR records, statutory responsibilities and contractor evidence into a consistent review process.
Establish clear evidence requirements and review ownership for workforces and recurring compliance activities.
Connect changing project locations and contractor-led workforces with central compliance oversight.
Give local teams a working structure while keeping central reviewers informed of pending records and actions.
Regulations multiply. Deadlines converge. Teams change. Somewhere in that motion, most organisations discover that compliance was never one task — it is a hundred quiet responsibilities, each one serious.
Our approach brings those responsibilities into a defined programme: map the obligations, prepare the records, track the filing process and keep leadership informed with calm, precise reporting.
Nothing should depend on memory alone. Clear ownership, documented evidence and a consistent review rhythm form the foundation of every engagement.
Experience across manufacturing HR, industrial relations, statutory compliance, contractor workforce governance and HR systems implementation informs Redbeech’s practical approach.
Tell us where your compliance stands today. We will review your operating footprint, priorities and the support you need, then define a practical way forward.

The system organises requirements, records and approvals. Filing, advisory or managed service responsibilities must be expressly included in the engagement agreement; they are not implied by software access.
Applicable requirements are mapped by state and establishment. Combined formats are used where prescribed; separate returns remain where required. The agreed coverage schedule records the mapping and review responsibilities.
Yes. The workflow separates Plant HR preparation, Back Office review and Central approval. Exact location access, permissions and approval responsibilities are configured within the agreed client scope.
The client deployment model provides one database per client. Hosting, encryption, backups, role access, retention and processor responsibilities should be reviewed and recorded in the security schedule and DPA before onboarding.
Yes. You first get the Redbeech demo, built on a fictional sample company with no real data. Your own workspace, with your entities, plants and users, is set up only after the agreement is signed.
It supports drafting, summaries and queries within the agreed scope. AI outputs require human verification and should not be treated as authoritative legal advice, an approval or proof of statutory compliance.
Onboarding covers entity and plant mapping, users, obligations, available records and training. On exit, Redbeech follows a fixed process: written notice, full data export with handover, the client’s written confirmation, deletion of the workspace, users and all backups, and a Data Deletion Certificate. Pricing depends on the agreed scope.
